The Standard is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. Because you receive the full product the moment you buy, all sales are final and no refunds are issued.
In exchange, your purchase includes lifetime access to every updated version. When The Standard is revised, expanded or rewritten, you get the new version at no extra cost.
If your download link fails or you never received the product, email me and I'll re-issue it.
1:1 coaching is sold separately after an application and onboarding call. Terms for coaching are agreed directly before any payment is taken.
I collect only what's needed to deliver the product and respond to coaching applications: your name, email address, Instagram handle and the answers you submit in the application form.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are never sent to or stored on this site — Stripe handles payment data directly and holds the buyer record.
Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It's used to deliver what you paid for, reply to your application, and keep basic records.
Want your data removed? Email me and I'll delete your records, apart from anything I'm legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
